Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- The shipment table below outlines estimated delivery days, which may vary based on specific destinations and seasons. These estimates reflect working days only, excluding weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and potential delays caused by couriers (e.g., traffic, weather issues, etc.).
- Please note that order processing time is not included in the delivery lead time; the shipment timeline begins only once the order has been picked up by the courier. You will receive an expected delivery timeline at checkout, but the most accurate timeline will be provided via email after your order has been picked up.
- It may take a maximum of 3-4 days to process your order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM (GMT+8). Please be aware that public holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather) may affect our process time.
- We will notify you via email if there are any delays or issues with your orders. For custom-made items, a separate email will confirm the delivery timeline, following the estimated delivery timeline once your order has arrived at our warehouse.

Shipment & Related Fees
- The shipment fee is calculated based on the total invoiced amount, excluding taxes, customs duties, and service charges. This fee is non-refundable.
- Depending on the destination, some countries may impose additional customs duties and service charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these fees, as we are unable to provide this information in advance.
- Please refer to the section below for shipment rates by country. Note that these are standard rates, and the final amount will be displayed at checkout.

How can you track your parcel?
You will receive an email notify you about your parcel is being dispatched, you can click on the link to trace & track your order.
It is very important for you to fill in correct delivery address and contact number, we may not support you to trace back the parcel if delivery data is not correct, or you may need to pay extra fee when pick up your parcel at local mailing office.
Custom & Duties, Taxes & Service Charges
You may need to pay for custom and taxes, our price do not include such and will not be charged separately during complete the order. Such fee depends on your countries. Please refer to your local government department for the custom & duties, Tax and related service charges based on your local regulations.
What if you deny to pay for the custom fee & taxes, the parcel may be hold at your local mail office for up to 3 months or their requested period, if you don't pick up, it will be returned to us and you will be charged for extra mailing cost. Worse case, your parcel will be picked up by your local mailing office. Your payment will not be returned
Completed Order Adjustments, Cancellations, and Address Changes
We will make every effort to provide the best service to each customer; however, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill your requests once products have been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Once a custom-made order has been confirmed, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations.
Shipment Delays and Lost Parcels
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery days (you can find the ETA date in the parcel tracking link), please reach out to our Customer Service team and provide your order number for quicker assistance.
In certain cases, you may need to check with your local post office due to privacy regulations; however, we will do our best to support you in locating your parcel. If your parcel is lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that if a missing parcel is due to inaccurate delivery information, customers may be responsible for the additional postage for re-delivery. We recommend checking your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.
